Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hrs. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location: 276 Main Street, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up from 10 am the next morning.

Our in-store pickup hours are:

Tuesday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
If you would like to collect before this then please call or email and we can make arrangements that suit you.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return/request a refund for an item of food or drink, please contact us by email or phone to discuss

If there is an issue with the condition of the food, the best before date, damaged items etc then please take some photos to show us and the likelihood is we will issue a refund without asking you to return the items.
If the item in question is a gift or souvenir, or is valued more than $25 we may ask that the item be returned to us in order to issue you a credit or refund.
